W orld Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking a:

The successful candidate will:
-Coordinate the Agricultural Livelihood Recovery project activities to ensure timely appropriate delivery of services
-Provide advice and guidance on Agricultural Livelihood intervention and protection issues to all staff.
-Maintain sound relationship with project partners.
-Collect quantitative and qualitative data against which progress results, objectives and
goals can be measured and reported on throughout the life of the project.
-Coordinates with ADP manager and finance and administration officer to ensure all
project activities are compliant with World Vision roles and regulations
-Ensure World Vision is represented at partners meetings

Qualifications/Requirements
-BA/BS degree in Agriculture, community development, or other related field.
-Four years professional experience in agriculture and livelihood sector, with at least two years’
field experience with NGOs in a complex humanitarian emergency or post-conflict environment.
-Strong financial and budget management skills.
-Ability to write concisely and clearly to tight timelines is essential.
-Strong people management skills.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Excellent English language skills.
-Proficiency in computer applications, and ability to learn new programs.
-Ability to work flexible and extra hours.
-Holding divining license is preferably.
-Position is based in Rafah City. (Candidates of Southern area are preferably).
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
-Integrity and strong identification with WV Core Values.
